What happens in your first lesson
1
Phone or email to say which class you would like to try, and we will tell you when it runs.
2
Arrive ten minutes early in a t-shirt and tracksuit pants. Bare feet. Nothing to buy.
3
Train the whole session alongside the regular class. Nobody will single you out.
4
Decide afterwards, at your own pace. There is no sign-up on the night.
What it costs after that
Monthly fees depend on which classes you train and how often. Phone Lorraine on 071 686 9949 and she will give you the exact monthly fee, plus the cost of a uniform and gradings, before you commit to anything. Nothing is due on the night of your free lesson.
